If your club completed a successful service project, or it held a successful fundraiser for one of Key Club International’s preferred charities (UNICEF, March of Dimes, and Children’s Miracle Network), please tell the Service and Major Emphasis Committee all about it! You can email a description and pictures of the project to the Service and Major Emphasis Committee at service@floridakeyclub.org so that we can spread the word.

Learn more about our partners!

March of Dimes

For 80 years, March of Dimes has helped millions of babies survive and thrive. March of Dimes leads the fight for the health of all moms and babies. They believe that every baby deserves the best possible start. Unfortunately, not all babies get one. They are changing that. Key Club International partners with March of Dimes to provide financial assistance to their mission of helping mothers and their children through times of medical need.

UNICEF

UNICEF works in over 190 countries and territories to save children’s lives, to defend their rights, and to help them fulfill their potential, from early childhood through adolescence. And they never give up. UNICEF works with partners around the world to promote policies and expand access to services that protect all children. Key Club International works with UNICEF by completing fundraisers such as Trick or Treat for UNICEF to help promote their global initiatives to help every child.

Children’s Miracle Network

Since 1983, Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals has helped fill those funding gaps by raising more than $5 billion, most of it $1 at a time, through Miracle Balloon icon campaigns. Its various fundraising partners and programs support the nonprofit’s mission to save and improve the lives of as many children as possible.

Thirst Project

Thirst Project is a nonprofit organization that works with the support of young people to END the global water crisis by building freshwater wells in developing communities that need safe, clean drinking water. Why Water? Health and Sanitation: Waterborne diseases kill more children every single year than HIV, Malaria, and all world violence combined. Small children typically do not have strong enough immune systems to fight diseases like cholera, dysentery, or schistosomiasis.
