Awards and Contests

The Awards & Contests page is an in-depth process that deals with all awards and contests given throughout the Key Club year. The committee works to provide up-to-date and new applications while expediting the awards and contests processes, specifically by digitalizing the application process. The committee works to give out awards throughout the year and make recognition more accessible to clubs.

Kiwanis Family Relations

The Kiwanis Family Relations Committee is committed to increasing positive relationships between Key Club and the other branches of the Kiwanis Family. Through joint service projects, meetings attendance, and Kiwanis Family events we can forge relationships that will aid your club and the community. Below you will find resources that we have created and hope will help you in your endeavors to promote and expand the Kiwanis Family.

Public Relations

Public relations is a strategic communication process that builds mutually beneficial relationships between organizations and their public. It is imperative to help bring attention to your club and your service projects, which can be done using press releases and social media, as well as collaborating with businesses to work on a project.

The purpose of this page is to give you resources to help you maintain this mutual relationship with the public.

Service and Major Emphasis

The Service Committee is committed to helping you as Key Clubbers and Servant Leaders be successful in all that you do by providing the tools and information you’ll need. On the page, you will find resources which we have created or feel will be helpful to you during the course of the year.

Trick-Or-Treat for UNICEF

The Trick-or-Treat for UNICEF Committee encourages all clubs to fundraise for The Eliminate Project through Trick-or-Treat for UNICEF. The Eliminate Projects main focus is to eliminate maternal and neonatal tetanus, a disease that is contracted during childbirth due to an unvaccinated mother being exposed to unsterile instruments and contact with the ground or other unsanitary objects during birth. Infants infected with tetanus experience intense pain due to convulsions that are triggered by a heightened sensitivity to light, sound, and touch that usually cause the baby to die after about a week. All funds collected through Trick-or-Treat for UNICEF will go to alleviate the over 100 million women who at risk for the infection.
