What is DCON?

The annual Florida District Education and Leadership Conference (DCON) is held in the spring for over 2,200 students and chaperones. DCON provides for district officer elections, international candidates endorsement, club officer and member training, keynote and motivational speakers, individual and club awards for their dedication to service, zone caucuses, and social events. Every club should send at least two delegates to DCON.

Who should attend?

All Key Clubbers are welcome and encouraged to attend. Every club is expected to send at least two delegates to DCON.

Why should I go?

DCON offers attendees leadership training, shared experiences with members of other clubs, and a better understanding of Key Club International which cannot be experienced on only the club level. These experiences are provided in a highly motivational and socially enjoyable environment that will inspire attendees as they return to their home clubs and carry out the mission of Key Club.

Triple 3 Persons Per Room $340**

Single 1 Person Per Room $585**

*Includes 3 nights’ lodging, 6 meals Friday and Saturday, souvenirs, speakers, dance, a pre-conference mixer, the Governor’s Farewell Banquet and Ball, workshops, and general sessions. Attendees are responsible for meals Thursday and Sunday.
